"Good ingredients, but kind of pricey"
I like that the ingredients seem clean, which is the main reason I gave it a try. It works fine for me, nothing too dramatic or anything, but I don’t have any real complaints. The price is a little higher than I’d like, though. I keep going back and forth on whether it’s worth it, but so far it’s been decent...

It definitely took a little while to notice a difference, but I’m really happy with the results so far. My hair feels healthier, and even my nails look better and stronger. Such a nice little boost!

I’ve been taking Jeuneora collagen for a few weeks now, and thinking back to how my skin and nails were before, I do feel like there’s been a bit of a difference. My skin feels smoother than I remember it being, and my nails don’t seem to be snapping as much. I wasn’t expecting anything major, but so far it’s been good. I’ll probably keep buying it...

I’m not the most patient person when I’ve ordered something online, so I was already checking my email way too often. Luckily, Jeuneora sent the tracking info quickly, which helped.
The package showed up at my door in just a couple of days, way sooner than I expected. Everything was fine with the parcel too, so no complaints from me. Easy 5 stars for shipping.

The products themselves were fine, like nothing amazing but not bad either. My main issue was the subscription. I guess I should’ve checked everything more carefully, but I also didn’t think it would charge me again that quickly. Cancelling felt more annoying than it needed to be, and customer service did reply eventually, just not very fast. So yeah, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it still left me kind of frustrated

I’ve ordered from jeuneora.co.nz a few times now and the delivery has been dependable every time. The tracking is easy enough to follow, and my parcel usually shows up when it says it will, which I really appreciate.
The only time it felt a little longer was more down to bad timing on my part, since I ordered right before a weekend. Other than that, nothing dramatic to report, everything was packed fine and I haven’t had any issues. I’d happily order again.

"Return was more hassle than I expected"
I had to return an item from my order, and the whole refund process felt slower than I was expecting.
The instructions weren’t super clear to me, so I ended up waiting around and checking for updates more than I thought I’d need to. Maybe I missed something somewhere, but still...
It did get handled in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just a bit annoying and not as smooth as I’d hoped.

So... I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now, and I do think my skin looks a bit smoother and not as dull as before. That said, I wouldn’t say it’s been a huge change or anything. Maybe it just needs more time to really show results. It’s easy enough to take, but for the price, I was expecting a little more by now

I placed my order earlier in the week and it showed up a few days later packed really nicely. The box was clean and tidy, with no dents or leaks, and everything inside was secure when I opened it. I’ve had packages arrive a bit banged up before, so this was a nice change. Happy with how it was handled.

I was feeling mentally drained when I found Jeuneora, so I really appreciated how easy their site was to use. The info was clear, nothing felt sketchy or confusing, and it just gave me a good feeling overall. Definitely seems like a brand I’d be happy to buy from again

I was so tired of dealing with bloating all the time, like my stomach was working against me no matter what I ate. After trying this, I’ve finally had some relief. My stomach feels so much better now, and I’m not walking around feeling uncomfortable and miserable all day...

"Got the wrong item"
Giving 2 stars because the delivery itself was fine but yeah, my order was wrong. They sent me something different than what I actually chose, which was frustrating since I needed the exact one I ordered. Support did get back to me, just took a while. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The flavour is really nice without being overly sweet, and it’s easy to drink. I wouldn’t say it’s anything fancy, but I do actually look forward to having it each day.
